No, we often complete quotes without the client present. If there are particular things that you would like completed, just let us know, and enable access, we’ll do the rest.

Yes! We have a referral program that benefits both the client that you refer to us, and yourself if you receive ongoing cleaning services from us.

No, we do not have lock-in contracts. Some cancelation terms apply though, depending on which type of cleaning service you are receiving.

Yes! We can work weekends, and when you have same-day changeovers for a bnb, it is necessary to clean on a weekend. That said, we do clean on weekdays wherever possible, which keeps it more affordable for the client.

Yes! All our cleaners are subject to Police Reference Checks.

Yes! We are fully insured. Including insurance for the Coal Mining Industry.

No, we supply all cleaning products. We find this works better all round, as this way we know:

- what products and what techniques to use to achieve the best result

- which products can be used on which surfaces

- that our staff are familiar with our products

- we know they are not going to experience any allergic reactions to them

- we know what relevant PPE is required for which products

- and we know what environmental impact they will have.

The Cleaning Services Award increases each financial year. As of 2024, the Award rate for a Level 1 casual cleaner, during the day on a week day is $31.21, evenings are $34.80, Saturdays $43.70, Sundays are $56.18 and Public Holidays are $68.67. Permanents receive a slightly less hourly rate, but have more security in their position and accrue leave entitlements. Cleaners are also paid 11.5% Superannuation and are covered by workers compensation insurance.

Yes! We do our best to accommodate such requests. However, we can not always guarantee that your preferred cleaner will be available, as our cleaners all work to a roster.

If you let us know more than 24 hours beforehand, we can just skip a clean with no charge. If less than 24 hours is provided, we charge a small cancelation fee.

We do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. Occasionally, we may need to assign a different cleaner in order to accommodate a change in date or time. The more notice you provide, the easier it is for us to accommodate your needs. If less than 24 hours is provided, we charge a small cancelation fee.

We do both. We like to accommodate our clients’ needs, whether that means cleaning an office after business hours so as to be out of the way of staff and customers, or during the day so that the client is present, it is up to you.

Yes, we can provide those for you, if you like. Some clients prefer to source those types of items themselves, which is also fine.

Generally speaking, we can commence a new clean the same week it is requested. Sometimes even the same day.
